Elegance variant the most popular in Myvi line-up

RAWANG: The new Perodua Myvi has recorded 18,000 in vehicle sales from June 16 to yesterday. Managing director Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh said demand for the model is still strong with the Elegance series continuing to receive the highest number of orders from customers. "To date, we have received about 34,000 orders with 18,000 cars having been delivered. We expect to deliver the remaining 16,000 over the next two months," he told reporters here on Thursday. Aminar Rashid also said Perodua is on track to achieve its yearly sales target of 190,000 vehicles this year, having sold about 115,000 to date.
